- To secure your date and time, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.
- The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior via our safe and secure payment processor . Same-day as service payments cannot be accepted.
- Guests must be checked into their hotel or Airbnb prior to our arrival. We are unable to check in on your behalf.
🛵 Viaggio e Arrivo
(Travel & Arrival)
- Travel and parking fees begin at $25 and may vary based on location.
- Airbnb setups incur an additional $50 fee and must provide self check-in or keyless entry.
- Locations outside of Charlotte, NC, require a travel fee starting at $200, subject to adjustment based on distance. For questions, please text 704-796-8588.
